External Stakeholders shall not use any promotional materials relating to the Products and/or Service programs not approved in advance by the Manufacturer represented by Global Marketing. As such, the Regional Account Manager is responsible for assuring the external stakeholders’ activities (These include, but are not limited to, activities involving marketing/sales claims restrictions, promotional and technical materials, and compliance) conform and reporting them to Global Marketing.
In case of marketing materials translated into local languages, please consult your regional representative.
For legal reasons, an external stakeholder is obliged to include the following disclaimer when publishing information on Hocoma and Hocoma products on his website.
